Post-pandemic partnerships between the world of sports betting and sports teams have witnessed exponential growth.
Just over the previous week, we’ve seen BetMGM partner with the Houston Astros and Caesars Sportsbook partner with the Chicago White Sox.
The sports betting boom has taken over the gambling industry in the United States, and to kick off a new week, we’re looking at another two established partnerships.
Diamondbacks Partner With Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort
The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is now the official partner of the Major League Baseball’s Arizona Diamondbacks team.
The tribe operates Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort, and today it was announced they’d be the official casino and resort partner for the D-Backs.
Chase Field stadium will be branded with Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort graphics, and a VIP section is also being added for Casino Arizona and its guests.
Conveniently, the Diamondbacks’ yearly Native American Inter-Tribal Baseball and Softball Tournament and Native American Recognition Day – which take place in June – are now embellished by an Indian tribe.
Diamondbacks president and CEO Derrick Hall expressed his delight: “I am thrilled to welcome Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort to our family.
“The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community has long been a valued partner of the Arizona Diamondbacks. I look forward to growing our relationship with Casino Arizona, creating memorable experiences for their guests at Chase Field, and impacting members of their community.”
The partnership shouldn’t come as a huge surprise, as both parties are already associated. Salt River Fields was the first MLB facility built on Native American lands, and the Diamondbacks outsee their spring training here.
Indy 500 and IMS Partner With Caesars Sportsbook
Caesars Sportsbook has raced into the motorsports scene by securing a partnership with the Indy 500 and Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS)
The sponsorship deal will see Caesars establish its branding on the IMS 2022 schedule and beyond, and a Caesars Sportsbook lounge can be found at Pagoda Plaza.
Caesars has gained access to logos, digital and social media assets, and a selection of limited VIP speedway packages for the customer base at IMS, obtainable through the Caesars Rewards program.
“The Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Indy 500 are iconic American sports traditions,” said Eric Hession, Caesars Digital Co-President.
“Partnering with one of racing’s most iconic venues and ‘The Greatest Spectacle in Racing’ provides our customers with unique experiences through Caesars Rewards.
“This will be an impactful partnership for us that builds upon our commitment to the state of Indiana alongside the investments into our resorts and the communities they serve.”
Video board placement will be included in race day assistance, advertisements promoting Caesars, and PA announcements will be included in the partnership. For the 106th Indy 500 anniversary, Caesars offers new customers $106 in Bonus Bets.
Douglas Boles, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway President, said: “We’re incredibly excited about this partnership with Caesars and believe their on-site presence – which is a first for our storied facility – will give fans a new opportunity to engage with the on-track action at the Racing Capital of the World.
“This is another reason to look forward to an epic and historic Month of May at IMS.”
