I didn’t realize this until I was going through my settled bets, but my Rangers bet was voided due to Colorado changing pitchers. They swapped from Hudson to Blach. The other three bets all won. Let’s close out Sunday strong with the Mets!

When did the Rangers switch pitchers, by the time I placed my “listed” bet at 10:18am, Blach was already listed….dang it

Today: 4-0/YTD: 85-71, +8.43

Once again, the Rangers bet was voided due to Colorado’s pitching change. Normally I would mention that before the game started, but I was tied up with holiday stuff much of the day. Good week overall, as I made about 9.5 units.

Blue Jays/Orioles over 8 (EV), 1*
Blue Jays/Orioles F5 over 4 (-110), 1*

If you can’t bet full runs for the first five total, I am fine with playing over 4.5 runs. The odds should be in the neighborhood of +115.

Sale under 6.5 strikeouts (+110), 1*
Yankees/Twins F5 over 4.5 (-110), 1*
Athletics/Astros over 8.5 (-115), 1*
Cease to record over 18.5 outs (+160), 1*

I know Sale has 19 strikeouts in his last two games. The Cubs have been excellent against lefties in terms of not striking out. I think Rodon is due for a mediocre outing and Paddack is already mediocre. Oakland has been the number one offense in the AL this month. It seems like Houston’s offense is starting to get going. Cease has gone over 6 innings in three of his last four starts. Happy to take a shot there at a nice price. GL
