The South semifinals get going with the Stanford Cardinals taking on the Texas Longhorns (7:25 pm ET, CBS). The Longhorns are 2-point favorite.
At 9:40 pm ET (CBS), the Midwest No. 1 Kansas Jayhawks are a 12-point favorite over the Villanova Wildcats.
The final matchup has the South No. 1 Memphis Tigers as 4½-point favorites over the Michigan State Spartans (9:55 pm ET, CBS).
