Withdrawal Methods

Payouts are processed Mon-Fri, 9am -3 pm EST. Call 1-866-BetCRIS to request
a payout or email csd@betcris.com to submit your request online. If at any
time you have used a credit card to fund your BetCRIS requesting a payout, you will be required to complete and fax a Credit Card Authorization Form and documentation for each card used. If you have not already submitted this Form and need a copy, contact csd@betcris.com

There is a five percent processing fee for credit card refunds. All deposits
made by Mastercard cannot be refunded back to the card, so must be refunded by any other method.

Payout methods, processing times, and fees are:

• Money Transfer (within 2 hours, Western Union fees apply)
